This software is a beast for high volume cold outreach campaigns. The advanced personalization tags let me inject custom variables into the subject lines and body text seamlessly. My open rates jumped up by around 15 percent in the first week. The interface took me a couple hours to fully figure out but the control you get over the campaign settings is worth the learning curve. I knocked off one star just because I wish the export logs had a few more formatting options but the actual sending engine is rock solid.
